PHS Video Analysis

Welcome to a NEW service offered by Premiere Hockey Services our Video Analysis Evaluation Service. This is the most unique service offered by PHS because of simplicity. Our service is offered to both males and females of all ages, levels and caliber worldwide. All the parent or player has to do is mail a detailed VHS video cassette tape of the evaluated player to PHS and await your detailed evaluation, its that simple.

Dan Delaney is the coordinator and evaluator for our Video Analysis Evaluation Service. Dan's experiences as a Professional and Major Junior A Hockey Scout and Junior A Coach makes Dan a credible and qualified evaluator. Dan has coordinated and operated a number of video analysis programs for hockey schools and worked as a video analysis coach in the OHL as well.

Potential, many have it, some more than others. We are Premiere Hockey Services believe that Fun, Dedication and Hard Work are the Keys to developing that Potential. PHS integrates these components to help each player reach their full Potential. Our Video Analysis Evaluation Service is a Unique way for any player to improve his/her game by analyzing their strengths and weaknesses through the use of Video.

Premiere Hockey Services offers two types of Video Analysis Evaluation programs, for both skaters (forwards and defensemen) and goaltenders. Players are evaluated by their fundamental skill level and by position. Each player or parent must submit a VHS Cassette Tape of the player being analyzed and evaluated in a game or practice. We do suggest that the video is cued on the player that will be evaluated. PHS returns ALL VHS Video Cassette Tapes upon completion of the player being evaluated. This cost is at the parent/players expense.

This Video Analysis Evaluation Service was designed specifically for both forwards and defensemen looking at refining their skill level. The Video is analyzed and reviewed by Dan Delaney and each player is evaluated and then marked as the performance technically and fundamentally is recorded on the VHS Cassette Tape.

Please note the following: Each player is evaluated and marked to his or hers performance, this mark is not graded against other individuals on or off the tape. Players are evaluated and marked according to their own age and ability level. This is an exceptional tool to use for both parents and players looking at refining their skill level, both technically and fundamentally.

A fifty (50) point player evaluation including and not excluding the basic fundamentals. Shooting, Skating, Passing, Stick Handling as well Anticipation and Aggressiveness.

Each player will receive the Premiere Hockey Services "Practice and Fundamental Guide". This guide will give each player and parent simplified Information with practical tips and various techniques used to improve his/her game.

All Evaluations are based on the VHS Cassette Tape submitted by the player or parent. All marks and recommendations for improvement are hand written by the evaluator.

The Goaltender Video Analysis Evaluation can only be called excellent. We have covered every angle of net with this one. Players at the amateur, minor hockey, professional, college and junior level will find this service extremely beneficial. The goaltender performance is analyzed and reviewed by our staff. Players are evaluated and marked according to their own age and ability level. This is an exceptional tool to use for both parents and players looking at refining their skill level, both technically and fundamentally.

A Thirty Five (35) Point evaluation including and not excluding Mobility, Lateral Movement, Technique, Body/Leg Positioning, Concentration and Physical/Mental Preparation

Each player will receive the Premiere Hockey Services "Practice and Fundamental Guide For Goaltenders". This guide will give each goaltender and parent simplified Information with practical tips and various techniques used to improve his/her game.
